Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa to all! Simply wanted to extend some seasons greetings to all the festive mothafuckas’ out there, and wish you a day full of family fun, love, binge eating, and laughter. Santa Claus came to visit our little family last night and we it truly was a merry little Christmas for my parents, husband, and I. It had been four years since I had the opportunity to spend the day with my family, and being all together in our snowy/rainy country home was honestly the happiest and most magically festive night I’ve had on the eve of baby Jesus’ b-day. Now, today we BAKE! My husband and I decided that the best way to spend Xmas Day would be making oozy cookies full of good stuff, and playing the new violent video games I unwrapped last night. The guy knows me too well…Enjoy this time with loved ones, and “Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night…”

One year ago on this very day, ConscienceCoupbale.com was birthed from my mind and into your computer screens…Ew. Kind of a yucky way to put it, but today is our BIRTHDAY, and we will make allowances for all cheesy yuckiness! We did it. A year of travel, love, and what I’d like to think are pretty sick outfits, has been documented on this very page. Looking back it is unbelievable to see all we have done and accomplished. I mean New York and London Fashion Week, travel to Paris, Greece, and probably like 12 trips to Walt Disney World, our wedding, not to mention the creative titles, sort of funny posts, and ridiculous #OOTDs that helped make this year what I consider a raging success. How the fuck did I get so lucky. I mean the clothes and seeing the world part are pretty awesome, but I’m referring to you guys. How did I get so lucky as to have a bunch of awesome readers, casual onlookers, and dedicated followers, give a shit about what I give a shit about. Now that my little chickens, has made me a very happy girl. So today I thank you…I thank you for the love, encouragement, positive reinforcement, and appreciation you extend my way, everytime you come visit the site. You have given my closet a greater purpose, and by doing so, have tamed my guilty conscience…well sort off. I now feel bad for my CC related accomplishments, as I could never have anticipated this. Fuck, well I don’t think I’ll ever get over this guilt thing. Probably a good thing I guess, would be annoying to change the site’s name. Here’s to hoping we have another year like this one!…only better.

Be careful what you wish for. During our first day in Miami I may have complained of my seriously pasty nature, but never did I imagine that this state would be followed by the worst motherfuckin’ sunburn of life. I thought being Taylor Swift RED would be the lesser of two evils, but perhaps I was mistaken. Not only was this as unattractive as my previous comrade paleness, but to top it off, the side effects hurt like a bitch. It’s all good though, I kept the faith going and this red abomination turned into what some consider a beautiful tan. To be continued…Until you see phase three of my skin tone story, here are a few images from our day out in Miamo! Enjoy my little chickens!

Hey gang! We have finally moved on from the dreary yet wonderful London weather, to share some images of our time in Miami! Getting some sun never gets old. As you can probably notice, these images were taken pretty early on during our stay, as my skin tone resembles Robert Pattinson’s circa 2008. I was so excited to finally be in a climate where I could wear my beautiful Ecua-Andino panama hats. You are going to be seeing much more Ecua-Andino on my head in the coming weeks, as there is nothing I enjoy wearing more then these bad boys. You see, it has been snowing back home and simply didn’t feel quite appropriate to wear them there. Anyways here are a couple pictures from our first day back in the sun!
