That feeling you get when you wake up and realize yesterday was your blog’s 2 year anniversary, but you were so hungover from the Christmas party you threw, that you completely forgot. Whoopsy! Happy belated birthday CC! Sorry I’m such a shitty mom/creator! Now that the housekeeping has been dealt with we can get back to your regularly scheduled programming and talk about the Michael Kors’ Spring/Summer preview I attended, and how lovely it was. Pastels, light denim, and linen, all were present, which made me wish the blooming season was upon us already. Looks like my wish was granted, as we have been having ridiculously pleasing weather in Montreal these past days! I’m talking 12ºC in December…we live in Canada people, it’s like the fucking Twilight Zone. I dig it, cancel Winter, let’s just keep doing this instead! Now let’s get back on topic. The event was wonderful, and though I now lust for Spring, at least I know I have double breasted linen suits to look forward to! Thank you all for keeping up with Klaude, and tuning in, to check out this little labour of love! We have reached so many little milestones this year, from 10 000 new besties on Instagram, to having my face plastered on Trust Fund Beauty displays, I couldn’t be happier to share our adventures with all of you, for a second magical year! I love you all my little chickens, thank you so so much for the love!
Wore the literal antithesis of a Michael Kors look to the MK preview…thought I was supposed to be good at this or something?

New York, New York
Life’s a changin’ and things are moving kids. I woke up this morning to one of my greatest friend telling me she got engaged the night before, which also happened to be the day of birth of our other wonderful friends’ new baby boy. When did everyone start doing these grown up things all of a sudden. I mean sure I’m married, but I’ve never embraced the notion of leaving my immature child-like wonder behind. Also, I feel like my lack of adult responsibilities really nurtures my continuing childhood. I mean I’m still in school, still don’t have a 9-5 making me miserable, my husband takes care of me like you would a toddler, and I can only handle 2 weeks of routine before leaving it behind to do something stupidly spontaneous! I need those crazy individuals I call friends to stay in the kid zone with me, to be fake adults with marriages and mortgages, but who still get more excited about going to Disney World then most actual children. Thankfully, I got myself delightfully childish, romantically adolescent, and wonderfully young minded besties. I’m so happy that the people I consider family are creating little families of their own, and I get to take part in the excitement that surrounds these momentous events. This kind of happiness dare I say, is more euphoric then any trip to Disney world… and if you know me, that’s the highest form of regard this girl can dish out. Congrats to the loves of my life, on finding the loves of their lives. May none of us ever never grow up.
Didn’t tell you guys anything about the images from the post..oh well. Hi Aimee!

New York, New York
It’s already been a week since we left New York and all the chaos and magic its fashion week had to offer. Every occasion where we attend I become incredibly excited to view collections live, yet a little anxious due to the inevitable impending stress about to be imposed on my being. Alteration whatsup! This year was a little different thankfully, perhaps I’m becoming used to the process, but I’ve learned to give a little less of a fuck and stop taking the experience so seriously, and now it’s a ball!
The first show we got to attend was BCBG Max Azria in the new “main tents” at the Arc Skylight. After braving the rain and traffic, it was so lovely to be put in a sunny state of mind while viewing the collection which was somewhat reminiscent of what The Beach Boys’ wet dreams might have been like. Lana Del Rey’s High By The Beach, could not have been more perfectly picked as the collection’s theme song to accompany the tie-dyed knits and sweaters, intricate patchwork fabrics and richly textural embroideries all cut in easy silhouettes and layered in unexpected ways. As for colours; crisp whites, water-washed blues, golden yellows and shell pinks transitioned into pigment-dye indigo, henna and olive with touches of gold. Impossibly cool California beach vibes were present in every look, and being a fan of the bucket hat since my early 2s, I could not have been more pleased to see one on every model’s head.
My favourite look was a bit of a surprise even to me, as it consisted of women’s board shorts, which I had rarely seen “work” when translated to a feminine aesthetic…but man did it ever look so very fucking cool. I’ve always been attracted to menswear inspired anything. From tuxedos to Calvin tighty whities, I just feel most confident, cool, and effortless when dressed like one the boys, therefore these board shorts will deffs be in my closet come next spring. It was so great to see a brand which began my fashion awakening in my tween years, embrace the urban “So-Cal” aesthetic and surf/skate culture I have grown to worship and has become embedded in my every look. Don’t we all just want to be California girls?
My hair truly didn’t care for the humidity

Thank you to Peter Reid, my better half/photographer, for being a trooper and standing in the back to shoot some photos of the show
I know, I’m late, I’m sorry. From Ireland, to LA, to a half marathon in Disneyland, and now having finally arrived to New York for Fashion Week, we’ve been a tad busy/fucking exhausted lately. My most sincerest apologies for the delay, but hopefully you have been keeping up with our daily shenanigans on INSTAGRAM, cus we’ve been up to a lot of cool shit. Anywhoo, as I mentioned I just woke up in New York, super jet lagged, and with a fun little plane cold, so if this post feels a little confused blame the NyQuil. We will be covering a couple shows this week, and I cannot wait to share it all with you guys! This post however is long overdue. Earlier this Summer we had the chance to attend Montreal based brand, Kilani‘s 7 deadly sins collection reveal in Montreal. From crocodile embossed leather, to rich cognac tones, every clutch, purse, and weekend bag was beautifully structured, lush, and kinda to die. I even confessed to the designer that I developed a little crush on his Pride City Bag. I pined myself for more of a Gluttony gal for obvious reasons, but hey, I can work with pride. Here are a couple photos from the event and the #OOTD that came with it. Side note: I slightly ripped these pants on the way to the event and then totally split them on the way home, so this will be their last appearance on the blog. Thankfully I was wearing underpants, and left my cock ring at home, so it was only mildly embarrassing. Sorry Lenny. I will make sure to report back sooner rather then later, pinky promise, and to stay in the loop, be sure to follow our Fashion Week adventures on INSTAGRAM. It’s gonna be good.
