Ireland #TBT

Happy Saint-Patrick’s day everyone! May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light, may good luck pursue you each morning and night…and beer, I wish you great beer. Today, being one of my favourite holidays, I thought what better way to celebrate then to share our adventures in the Emerald Isle itself. Last summer we had the great pleasure, of visiting Ireland to celebrate my 24th birthday, and it may have been one of our greatest trips yet. Our mothers in tow, we spent a week driving all around the island of Ireland from south to north, and saw sights (and pubs), experienced the culture (and pubs), and made memories that have a good chance of lasting a lifetime (except the ones we made in pubs). The luck of the Irish followed us from Dublin, to Belfast, and we truly had a magical time…and many pints of Guinness as well. Along the way we snapped a couple #OOTDs that remained unpublished until now. I thought what better time then to share them with you now, as well as a few pictures from our road trip to remember. Also on this special holiday I thought I’d leave you with a few words of wisdom… You can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning… _W7C5378 _W7C5399 _W7C5381 _W7C5491 _W7C5549 _W7C5512 _W7C5626 _W7C5643 _W7C5646 _W7C5719 _W7C5704 _W7C5837 _W7C6117 _W7C5990 _W7C6161 IMG_8308 _W7C6285 _W7C6270 _W7C6325 _W7C6278 IMG_8317 IMG_8286 _W7C6344 _W7C6369 _W7C6391 _W7C6396 _W7C6418 12304332_10153701812930450_763209895028578394_o IMG_8364 12307587_10153701813725450_5488783441244037941_o 12339085_10153701813135450_1902410547975918873_o IMG_8497 IMG_8508 _W7C6637 12339345_10153701814425450_7475745730929294825_o IMG_8554 _W7C6685 12322632_10153701815420450_689179082859015852_o 12291857_10153702835285450_7404177763287724744_o IMG_8578 They’re in order…you’ll figure it out…

I <3 Iro

I am tired. Had a fun night, that led to a painful morning, which was meant to be cured by coffee, but instead is making my brain pulsate and my limbs do the delirium tremor dance. I actually asked my husband to write this for me as some kind of funny feature post titled, “my wife was too tired to write this” but decided otherwise…because he declined the offer. So here I am, doing a write up about a wonderful event while in an awful state of mind. A few weeks ago Montreal had the official opening of Iro’s first Canadian boutique, and we were lucky enough to be in attendance. It felt like we were transported back to NYFW with the quantity and caliber of media in attendance, and even an appearance from my fave national treasure, Coco Rocha. The champagne and macarons didn’t suck either. Add a little philanthropic auction (which they did) and we’ve got ourselves a party. It was great catching up with our favourite local bloggers, mingling with buddies, old and new, and meeting the lovely Iro team. The night also got me hooked to their linen tees, which I have since returned to purchase more of…twice. All in all, twas a grand ole time. My name is Claude-Alicia and I am now an Iroholic. 2015-10-14 at 16-44-38 2015-10-14 at 16-46-17 2015-10-14 at 16-42-20 2015-10-14 at 16-51-20 2015-10-14 at 16-46-51 2015-10-14 at 16-46-27 2015-10-14 at 16-49-22 2015-10-14 at 16-50-44 2015-10-14 at 16-47-13 2015-10-14 at 16-46-07 2015-10-14 at 16-47-29 2015-10-14 at 17-36-13 2015-10-14 at 17-36-55 2015-10-14 at 17-40-16 2015-10-14 at 17-53-50 2015-10-14 at 17-40-22 2015-10-14 at 18-49-45 2015-10-14 at 17-52-12 2015-10-14 at 19-04-08 2015-10-14 at 17-54-39 2015-10-14 at 19-17-48 2015-10-14 at 16-45-09 When you look back at photos an realize how fucking wrinkled your shirt was

I Have to Learn to Write 2015

Happy 2015 my little chickens! Like every year I attempted to put up a new post of my NYE outfit on January first, but due to the celebratory nature of the fun filled evening preceding it, I have just recuperated my regular mental capacity. In english…my hangover would have made a better film sequel then the shit that came out after the original Hangover. Also we did not shoot my the little Marc Jacobs number I wore to ring in the new year, but I’m sure your already sick of it as I’ve posted tons of pictures on my Instagram account.  This post is just a little something we did around Christmas time in my husband’s hometown of Kingston. I hope you enjoy and that your 2015 is as magical as can be! Side note while were on the topic, guess where I am heading tomorrow…That’s right, the happiest place on earth! 2015-01-04 at 09-48-09 2015-01-04 at 09-40-14 2015-01-04 at 09-29-07 2015-01-04 at 09-31-52 2015-01-04 at 09-43-19 2015-01-04 at 09-33-05 2015-01-04 at 09-35-05 2015-01-04 at 09-47-33 2015-01-04 at 09-41-32 2015-01-04 at 09-44-39 2015-01-04 at 09-42-52 2015-01-04 at 09-30-30 Don’t Mind The Hair

Build-A-Louis

Look 8 - 2

This past month I had the chance to attend the Dom Perignon Louis-Vuitton holiday event at their Montreal boutique. The evening was to showcase some of their fine horlogerie pieces but I was lured into attending with the prospect that I would have the chance to customize my own bag, and surely enough this was fact not fictitious bait. Though this service is offered at the larger stores it was a one night only ordeal at our tiny location, and I wasn’t going to miss it. First step was to choose the model followed by the exterior and interior leathers, hardware, and finally had the choice to add your initials inside the tote. The bags are beautiful and rival the luxury and price of a Birkin. The order and creation process takes about five months before you can finally lay a hand on your own very own Louis offspring. I’m ready to adopt… Look 8 - 5 Look 8 - 10 Look 8 - 3 Look 8 - 9 Look 8 - 4 Look 8 - 11 Look 8 - 6 Look 8 - 7 Look 8 - Marant for HM
