Happy humpday everyone. Where do I even begin. Work has taken over my life, my relationship, and my eating time, and I’m not so thrilled about it. Aside from the quality minutes I save to watch Black Mirror on Netflix, I fear I have given up all my free time. I went on the master cleanse yesterday and actually enjoyed it because it meant I didn’t have to schedule time to eat. Who am I? I don’t even know how it happened. Sure with YouTube, planning for fashion week and rearranging my life in general, I guess it makes sense I’ve lost the lunch/recess period of the school day, but it kind of made me realize how valuable that time was.
I miss spending time with my husband in a non professional setting, and having time to chit chat about stuff other than the video being released next Wednesday on the channel, or the new WERKS website (that’s his company btw). I guess that’s the not so fun part about working with your best friend. I spend so much time scheduling, you’d think I’d put a little bit of quality time aside for the most important gentleman in my life. So I’ve decided to take a break from the shop talk, and go back to the baby talk that used to make our friends feel nauseous whenever they were around us. We’re going back to the Justin and Britney days of our relationship, so don’t be alarmed if you see us in matching denim looks on Instagram. Just kidding, he’d never go for it…or would he?…. Until then, here I am, solo in denim, with my curly haired boy bander behind the camera. Did I just take this metaphor/comparison thing too far? Anywhoo, I wish you all a wonderful rest of the week, that includes loads of free time to spend with the ones you love…Even if they won’t wear matching denim ensembles with you.

If you know anything about me, you know that I live and breathe for all things Disney. Actually, I also eat, sleep, and dream Disney, and have been doing so since my toddler days watching The Lion King in my footsie pyjamas, and having the time of my life in the parks living large sitting on my fathers shoulders to watch the castle show. So, you can only imagine my stupendous enthusiasm, when I was invited to join the Disney family as a Disney Style contributor. Am I saying Disney too much? DISNEY DISNEY DISNEY! I’m sorry…I’m excited. I thought I would take a second to underline this dream come true collaboration with my favourite Mouse, by sharing an #OOTD from our day in Disneyland Paris this past September. We had to visit our friend Remy’s new restaurant and ride while in the city of lights, and try his famous ratatouille of course (…it made me believe in vegetables again). It was a perfect park day with the people I love, reminiscent on the ones I had as a little one, and we made memories I’m going to remember for a very long time. I may not have ridden on my father’s shoulders this time, but being there all together, made for a pretty magical day. Make sure to check out Disney Style for all your Disney fashion tips, news, and ideas, and to see all the fun park/street style I muster up! See ya’ real soon!

We are back! After a little European sabbatical it feels so nice to return to you and have so much sick shit to share in the coming weeks. We shot my favourite #OOTDs in all of our favourite cities from Paris, to Capri, to Amsterdam and I can’t wait to throw all that content on the blog, and rant about how much I ate. Something feels strange about being back though I must admit. I hate resorting to talking about the weather, but when did September happen and when did Summer kinda start ending? I feel like we spent all those good sunny months in front of our computer screens and aside from the miraculous weeks across the pond, summer vacay didn’t feel very vacationy at all. As someone who calls Canadialand her home I cherish those 3-4 months where the sun gods are in our favour…because let’s face it, in our native Canada, Winter is ALWAYS coming. So here is my pitch finish reading this, check out the cool pictures, from that time I sweat a lot before an amazing Grey Goose event, and wore a awesome boho power suit, but then go play outside! We got to take what we can get kids, and September is all we got left, so take it all in. I leave you with this jem of a song from the mid 2000s, by the only man that has ever been sad enough to sit cross legged. Love you my little chickens, so happy to be back.

I hate writing these weather post, but really right now? I feel I have no choice but to acknowledge the chilly elephant in the room and bitch about mother nature. After spending the majority of 2016 in Miami, I was looking forward to finally spending time in our hometown. Can’t say I’m too pleased. How can I describe the current temperature? Wet shit maybe? Seriously, its rainy, its snowy, its slushy…its just plain old yucky if you ask me. Can you believe tourism is a thing here? I mean yes its beautiful architecture and yada yada yada, but Montreal ain’t no exotic land. We have literally not taken a second since we stepped of that plane in our homeland of Canada, and mama needs some vitamin D to keep going. Thankfully with Coachella around the corner, we will be leaving the tundra for the desert of Palm Springs, and I can promise that this time I will not be complaining about the heat! We have so much exciting news and posts to share with you, from new city food guide, to amazing collaborations, and I cannot wait to take you kids along for the ride! Until then let us gather together and perform some kind of anti-rain dance. Springtime, we are very fuckign ready for you.
