We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming of London Fashion Week, to celebrate Wang day! Seriously, no? This collaboration has reached a new level of hype depravity, I didn't think was possible. The collection is officially in stores today, but I had the chance to go view the pieces and do "a little" early shopping on Tuesday at H&M, so what better way to ring in this new holiday then with a special post! We will continue with our adventures in London in our next #OOTD. You can see me drowning in Wang while attending the preview event, below. At first I was unsure about how I felt about my favourite designer's collaboration effort. Being a huge Wang fanatic (ha!) I couldn't help but, thinking that the gym exclusive looks and WANG-emblazoned everything, was a little unlike the Alexander I fell in love with as a high schooler. My opinion completely changed when seeing/feeling the garments. The coats, leather sandals, and the mesh/jersey tunics blew my mind. I was sold. I went to the dark side and completely Wang'd myself out. Even wore the beanie to class, and was blessed with hilarious reactions from people unaware of the branding, and instead thought the hat eluded to male genitalia. McGill University students have hit a new low when it comes to intellect and maturity levels, lemme tell ya'!
