Coachella Day 3

I know...I'm late. This post was supposed to go up yesterday but I was busy celebrating the birthday of the most special lady in my life...my Maman. Back to business. We woke up bright and early for day 3 of Coachella, and I was pretty proud of my new early bird nature. I mean, it owed it all to jet lag, but still, felt very productive! We got all dressed up and ready to go, but when we showed up at the Empire Polo Club, well...we were kinda the only ones there. This is what it must feel like to be the first one to arrive at a party...facking awkward. We didn't care much. I marched my Mickey ears to the Sloan set, which was the reason we arrived on the grounds in the AM, and was really disappointed by the turnout. These early slot bands deserved more respect! Playing for the 3% of Coachella goers who aren't hungover because they didn't get fucking wasted the night before is hardly fair for these talented performers. It's not like their set was at 7 AM, I'm talking 12 PM kids! Wake the fuck up! Nonetheless it was an awesome mini concert and I really enjoyed all the dancing and running around space we had going on. I felt like a hyper toddler.  We then ate a nutritious Coachella breakfast which consisted of Indie Jams Poptarts, had a couple Margaritas to get the ball rolling and headed to our friends villa for some down time. 'Twas a good morning, but our last evening at the festival was about to get even better....
