Keep Calm and Blog On
Miami, Florida
TGIF my little chickens! Another week has come and gone, and so much has happened, I can barely wrap my mind around it all. We had a wonderful weekend after posting our newEATSsection, followed by a very scary and dramatic week, which thankfully is now technically coming to an end. Family is everything to Peter and myself, so when our loved ones face a crisis we tend to take over. Helplessness is not a pleasant feeling, therefore doing everything in our power to better the situation has been our priority these past days. I know everything I'm saying is annoyingly vague, but no matter how personal I get writing this blog, I'm simply not the type of lady to posts the tough stuff as my Facebook status, and this is no different. For now, we are concentrating on creating solutions, and trying to prepare all we can before our departure from Miami. There is nothing like seeing a stubborn person, finally seeing the benefits of changing a negative behaviour. Now all I can hope for is that this new change lasts, even when we're not there to guide and oversee it.
We decided to go away this weekend as a kind of trial run, and head up to this new place I've heard of called Walt Disney World. We've been pretty down lately and apparently this location is assured to create happiness, so it should be just what the doctor ordered. My crisis philosophy of "keep calm and head to Disney", will be in full swing on Insta all weekend, and though I'm horribly worried to leave the big kids I call my parents alone, I know it'll need to happen sooner or later and am confident they can handle it without us. I apologize for a serious and obnoxiously nonspecific post, but promise my sailor mouth and dry wit will be back next week. Until then I have a trouser-wearing mouse to go visit, and I heard he has pretty good food in his kingdom. Who knows, maybe we'll tell you guys about it...
I can't believe it's not butter...I mean Missoni
Topshop shirt and pants, Cartier bracelets, Chanel watch and bag, Louis-Vuitton Skin Rings, and Manolo Blahnik Chaos sandals.
