Le Ponts Des Arts

Choosing our honeymoon location was a daunting task, to say the least. Wedding planning was tough alright, but nothing was quite as annoyingly hard as deciding on which location we would bump uglies for our first 2 weeks as a married couple. Seriously  we even resorted to sticking Africa, India, Bora Bora, Indonesia, and Italy on pieces of paper in a hat and trying to let fate decide for us. Ya...we didn't like fate's answer, so we just kept drawing another option out until none were left. Finally, it was Peter who read a GQ article on spending your honeymoon in this secluded villa in Corfu, Greece! It was settled, we were getting that villa...That didn't happen. Turns out like millions of people read GQ and that villa was booked until 2019 so we were back at square one. Well sort of... We continued looking at villas in Greece and settled for Santorini, but before we could eat some tzatziki I decided we should be making a pit stop. It was a long flight after all so why not spend a couple days somewhere in between. Paris, it had to be Paris. All so we could go to Le Ponts Des Arts, and finally throw the key to our lock and hearts in la Seine. Cheesy, wonderful, and totally honeymoon appropriate.2014-05-27 at 07-48-572014-05-27 at 07-45-312014-05-27 at 07-51-322014-05-27 at 07-47-282014-05-27 at 08-53-352014-05-27 at 07-51-262014-05-27 at 07-47-112014-05-27 at 08-54-062014-05-27 at 07-47-502014-05-27 at 08-47-492014-05-27 at 08-49-242014-05-27 at 07-52-06No Regrets in Paris
