The Farewell BBQ

After missing our wedding brunch due to early morning sunrise watching, we spent the day at Donna Karan's estate in the ocean with all of our beloved guests. We had to move the party to the pool after some party crashers took over our sea space...sharks, why did it have to be sharks. What started innocently enough, carried all the way through to our evening 's"Moroccan" themed BBQ, until the early hours. I should say ethnically vague themed BBQ, as with bongos and hookahs as part of the decor our Morocco was a little confused. After some heavy drinking and late night wedding cake eating it was time to call it a day...and like that our wedding weekend came to a close. It was truly the most magical couple of days Peter and I have ever shared, and we thank our loved ones for making the trip, their touching words and thoughtful gifts that made it, oh so ridiculously special for us.
